Hunting mule deer is one of favorite animals to hunt. I love to out smart big mature muley bucks. I first started hunting when I was 12 years old, the ranch we hunted only had muley's on it. The rolling hills and break country of eastern Montana hold lots of mule deer. The habitat which they live is another reason why I enjoy hunting them.When the rut hits in early November, you never know what you are going to see. Mule deer bucks cover alot of ground when they start looking for does in heat.The nice thing about hunting mule deer is that you always see alot of bucks to choose from. Hunt prices start at $1500 for managenment hunts and go all th way up to a trophy hunt at $10,000. Once again prices vary on the package that my client wants. Mule deer hunting is very addictive to anyone that loves hunting. I guide alot of guys that hunt whitetails back home and they are amazed at the country that we hunt.
